4 chicken breast
1 cup flour
2 cups crushed Doritos
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, roll in Doritos.
Bake @ 410 for 15-20 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
