No-Bake Cheese Cake




1 graham cracker crust
4 c. whipping cream
9 oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice 

Cream sugar, vanilla, lemon and cream cheese. Fold in whipping cream. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm.   Top with your choice of fresh fruit, or fruit pie topping.
