Ingredients :
3 cups cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cup water
Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Make 3 depressions in dry mixture, putting oil in one, vinegar in the next, and vanilla in the 3rd. Pour water over all and mix well with whisk or similar. Pour into well greased pan(s) (either 9x13, 2 9-inch rounds, or cupcake pan). Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
