Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups kefir (may substitute plain yogurt)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup sugar
How to Make
Stir together in a medium bowl the kefir and sugar and stir until
sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the vanilla and cream. Pour into your ice cream maker bowl
the mixture and blend until thick and creamy.
