Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Cook
Place in a food processor the oats, sugar, flour, baking powder, buttermilk, vanilla, oil, baking soda, egg, and salt and puree until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Onto the frying pan, scoop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Brown each sides and serve hot.
